Bangkok’s Michelin-Starred Blue by Alain Ducasse Unveils Exciting New Menus

Blue by Alain Ducasse, the Michelin-starred French fine-dining restaurant located at ICONSIAM, presents its newly curated tasting menus for both lunch and dinner, an updated afternoon tea experience, and a refreshed line-up at the Blue by Alain Ducasse Bakery Boutique. Under the guidance of Executive Chef Wilfrid Hocquet and Executive Pastry Chef and artisan baker Chef Christophe Grilo, diners are invited to embark on a culinary journey celebrating the vibrant flavours of spring, all while enjoying stunning views of the Chao Phraya River. Cuisine du Soleil: New Lunch and Dinner Tasting Menus

Blue by Alain Ducasse introduces the latest Cuisine du Soleil, a tribute to the Mediterranean summer inspired by Executive Chef Wilfrid Hocquet’s childhood memories. The new lunch offering, Menu Escale, features a five-course experience for THB 2,950 per person. Highlights include Bluefin Senaka tuna with mozzarella cream and fennel, Bresse chicken with black truffle and chestnut, and Pork tenderloin stuffed with shrimp, smoked aubergine, and lemongrass. Diners can enhance their meal with premium supplements such as Margaret River 8/9 Wagyu short ribs and cheeses matured by Les Frères Marchand, along with a selection of luxurious wines and champagnes.

The dinner menus offer a symphony of flavours, featuring Marinated Bluefin tuna, chickpea, sesame, and coriander, Beef tomatoes and watermelon with cheese froth, Perthuis green asparagus soufflé, Lightly seared carabineros with green peas and kaffir lime, Confit Atlantic turbot with young turnip and tarragon, Norwegian langoustine with white asparagus and pine tree zabaglione, Brittany pigeon on the ambers with Khao Yai tomatoes and anchovies, and French veal tenderloin «gremolata» with spring vegetable «tian» and red pepper condiment. Dessert highlights include Rhubarb and Sauternes soufflé with thyme ice cream and coffee from their manufacturer in Paris.

The Menu Voyage for dinner provides chef’s recommendations based on the finest spring ingredients, offering four, six, and eight-course options for THB 3,900, THB 5,500, and THB 7,500 respectively. The Menu Latitude allows diners to choose a starter, main, and dessert for THB 4,900, or two starters, a main, and dessert for THB 5,900.
