Jing Yaa Tang first opened its doors in 2013 and immediately became a favorite in the city for its Peking Duck and authentic regional takes on Chinese cuisine. Set within a striking contemporary Chinoiserie theatrical style design, the restaurant has a total of 155 seats and is open for lunch and dinner. Its interior also opens into a central social dining space or “Tang”, which is taken from the literal Chinese translation of hall.

“I am truly honoured to receive this award which is a milestone in my 20-year culinary career,” says Executive Chinese chef Li Dong “This is a wonderful recognition of our entire team’s hard work and we will strive to ensure that Jing Yaa Tang continues to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests.”
